It is in my opinion, one of the best and effective ways to kick the habit for good. As long as the person wants to stop, has a true desire to stop smoking.

A vast majority of the population smoke and it does have a huge impact on the body n mind. So why do people do it. Some of the reason could be for example:

  • So then we can look at the part time smoker who will only have a cigarette when they are socialising with their friends, a couple of beers and a cigarette or two feels good, relaxing and de-stressing.

There are lots of reasons why people do this habit, however most of it comes down to one thing addiction. The subconscious knows exactly what to do and keeps the habit going. The conscious mind on the other hand tries hard battling to try stop smoking.
