Self Hypnosis Instructions



When you start to learn self hypnosis instructions then you will be able to heal your body, in my opinion. This is something we all know, it is an instinct within us all, the body's own natural defence mechanism. It's just we have forgotten how to use it. I am going to teach you Self hypnosis instructions and also recommend various companies who offer lots of products to assist you like, alpha brain wave music, sleep programming etc. Music is so important for this.

So what is self hypnosis, well in my opinion it is the body own self healing internal medicine cabinet. It is something we were born with and do know how to use but have just forgotten.

An example of this would be when you are at work and have a lot on your to do list, phone calls to make, reports to type up, you get my drift. So because this is going on within the conscious mind we are not accessing the subconscious mind in an intentional way. We are too caught up with work etc, we are distracted.

Now when you allow yourself to get back to remembering the deeper part of your being you will start to see a lot of changes within yourself and these changes will have a positive effect on everything in your life and those around you.

This is why I felt compelled to teach you these self hypnosis instructions. I want you to be in control of your own life once again.

Seeing is believing as they say...

Instead I like to find out myself as I hope you will to. You see I feel our bodies are not designed to be ill and I think the reason we do get ill is because we allow (not deliberatly) things to affect us. We get to caught up in society, we need to take a step back and look at things from a different perspective.

We need to focus on ourself more but not in a selfish way, I mean finding out who we are and what we can achieve as when we look deep inside we all have the answer to everything we need to know, we just need to unlock that part of ourself. So this is where self hypnosis instructions comes in handy.

Here are my self hypnosis instructions.

First of all you need to find the time and place to do this, so somewhere comfortable and quiet.

Some good relaxing music, now make sure you really love the music and that it is really relaxing. This is really important as music has an effect on the soul I think. We are a vibration, a sound and so is music and when you listen to your favourite song it does make you feel good inside, so when you listen to a deeply relaxing one that is how you will feel.

So assuming you are not going to be disturbed, are nice and comfortable with relaxing music playing in the background you are ready to start learning my self hypnosis instructions.

Okay what you need to do first is to stare at something in your room for a few moments...trying not to blink to often..then you need to relax your breathing, slowing it right down.

Do this for a few moments by inhaling and exhaling and you can place your hand on your chest whilst doing this to so you can feel your breathing... then place you hand by your side after a few minutes...

Now I want you to visualise your feet are relaxing...a good way to do this is to really stretch them and then relax them. This lets you feel the difference between tense and relaxed muscles...

Then move up to your ankles moving them from side to side then relax them...Next make your way up to your knees again you can move your legs about them relax them and basically you do this routine over every part of you body till you get to your head.

When you get to the head, move it from side to side then relax it, go over your face to, your eyes, nose, mouth, making sure that you relax them all.

Now I want you to visualise your whole body is now totally relaxed and visualise a heavy weight is on top of you, where you are unable to move , this causes your body to relax much deeper...you may start to feel you are sinking into the bed or chair that you are sitting or lying on, or you may feel floaty...

Say the words relaxed to yourself. Keep your breathing slow and relaxed and keep listening to the music, feeling it, getting your breathing into sinque with it.

If thoughts come in that is fine, just let them go and focus again on the music...this is good to practice as you will be able then to control your thoughts more...that is why the right music is important

Now you will eventually feel as if you are in the room but not as your mind will be else where as in you are entering the subconscious part. This is when you can see hear and feel things, most people do, although we are all different...you might just be so relaxed...

Now just to assure you, you are in complete control at all times and can bring yourself out of trance at any time. Now these self hypnosis instructions I have given you will help you to empty your mind and allow your body to heal itself...


When you are in the zone you may start to drift of to sleep and have a dream or you may not, sometimes all of a sudden something unexpected may just spring into your mind about a question you may of had etc. This is valuable information so good to write it down as soon as you open your eyes...

It is good to also say affirmations or giving self hypnosis instructions to your inner being. Things like I am a valuable and worthwhile person, my life is full of confidence and optimism, and any situation that comes my way I am dealing with it in a calm relaxed way.

Another good self hypnosis suggestion is "Every Day in Everyway I am Getting Stronger and Stronger." you can also use this opportunity to talk to your body asking it to heal itself.

For example if before you do the self hypnosis and you felt the cold coming on just ask your body to heal it, visualise an army of cells that are going to kill of the cells that have gotten the cold virus into them. (This is what i do and it works for me!) Seriously it does, you just got to believe in yourself...

It is limitless to what you can do, these self hypnosis instructions can help you to control pain, improve your memory, lose weight, stop smoking, being more relaxed and confident. It really is possible to do anything you want. The most important part is to believe in yourself completely, no fear or doubt.

Another technique to help you relax is the chevreul pendulum it is a brilliant way to help you relax deeply and get yourself into the hypnotic state easier.

Now another thing to help you is to get to know the feeling of being in your subconscious. This is the bit I love and find amazing.. Now you know when you are just about to drift of to sleep, you start to feel as if you are not lying in your bed as you can't feel your body, that point is when you are starting to get into the subconscious. So this is what you need to practice.

So keep practicing, the first time you try it you may wonder if you are getting it right, well you are beacuse just having time for you is so important and it is so relaxing to be able to lie in a peaceful room in your home, listening to relaxing music with nothing to do. That in itself is healing for the body. And as they say practice makes perfect.

Now another thing I want to talk about is when you really start to get to know yourself better through doing these simple self hypnosis instructions or meditation then you are gaining knowledge, ancient knowledge from previous lives if you have had one and this is so important.

We have lost sight of things too much. I think also it makes you more aware of things around you as in people's behaviour, you will be more intuitive and pick up other's body language much easier.

I mean we are surrounded by so many man made things, laws etc, we are living a fantasy life in a way, just like the movie the Matrix. At least that's what I think.

I feel we need to get more in touch with things and look deep inside for all the answers and I am confident that if we all did this the world would be a much better place. So learning these self hypnosis instructions is so important for your future health.

We all have been living in the past to long, holding on to negative limiting beliefs, we all know the truth about our life as it is within and it really is not what you think it is about.

Another thing which has popped into my head is this what would you do if you reached your ultimate potential think of all the things you could do.

As a Hypnotherapist I understand the different brain waves that we omit and the alpha brain state is for learning new things, and the music alters your brainwaves to be able to tap into this frequency, and into the right side. Oh I have tried a lot of this over the years and it works, it got me re-training in hypnosis, and I have never looked back.
