Regression stories

Regression stories is so fascinating and I am going to share my personal sories with you. I also can go into more detail of some of the client experiences I have had also.

Well I may as well go back to the beginning and how it started for me. I had done my Reiki course and the lady who taught me was training in regression hypnosis or past life regression therapy as others call it.

She needed a guinea pig so she asked me if I would like to experience this, I had always had a fascination with regression stories and wondered if we have had previous lives. Well after my experience which I will go into in a minute I truly believe we have

So if you are ready let's begin! During my first session I found it quite difficult to relax, at the end of the day you have to trust the person who is doing the regression and to be able to let yourself go.

Part of my problem back then was the unknown, I wasn't sure what to expect etc. What would I see, how should I feel etc. Anyway eventually after a lot of prompting I did start to see things, all I can say with my regression stories that I am sharing with you is this, I was viewing images with my third eye and it was like a television screen was infront of me and I was watching a movie and I was in it. Wow I was blown away, I couldn't beleive it, everything was so clear.

So basically I lived in Indianapolis and somewhere in Ohio. I was a children's doctor, I could see I was wearing a white coat, was walking and seeing people in beds. I remember thinking after the session had ended was that real or did I make it up!

This is quite common a lot of people whom I have done regression hypnosis on have felt the same. Isn't regression stories fascinating, anyway back to my next eperience with hypnosis and regression as I am calling it because that is what is involved in the process.

I went for another session a few weeks later which Blew my mind, Wow it was amazing! This was my best session and as far as regression stories go this was amazing.

This time I knew what was going to happen and how I might feel etc. I was not going in blind.

I was living in Louisiana, I was wearing a dress like Scarlet O'Hara in Gone With the Wind, it was white and frilly, I was wearing long sleeved white gloves, had a white parasol to keep the sun of my face.

I saw people around me and all I can say was the men were playing crocket and we were American doing English things, I remeber saying it was like a tea party.

I then saw the big house I lived in, everything was so clear. Anyway I was married to someone who was having an affair with my best friend. I had no children and was very lonely at one point in my life.

I then saw my first life which was in the Amazon Jungle or Forest. I saw my mum and brother, all these beautiful animals and I was standing under a waterfall water splasing on my face. Guess what in this life I don't like water splashing on my face when I am under the shower!!!

I also saw myself above planet earth, this round ball and I could see blackness and light with the stars, it was spectacular!

Now with regression stories everyone has a very different experience and a lot of client have been amased by their personal regression stories, and sometimes we are not who we imagine we are going to be, it can be quite the opposite.

Some clients have had no previous lives as I discovered with one lady and then one of my clients got four lives in one session. One lady got one life and it was in great detail too.

Some peoples regression stories can be painful and sad, others the opposite, we are all hear to learn and experience life. I do believe whole heartidly we have lessons to learn and can bring past life issues with us into our present lives.

For example one client I did was French in his past life and this life he is English, the french part of his past life did not life the English part of his present life. this is another area that is fascinating is the parts of our personality.

This is powerful as it can create all sorts of inner conflicts, and when someone gets regression hypnosis done it can be a great healing for the induvidual to get the parts of their personalities to agree to be friends if you like. This is an entirely different subject for another time!

So when you look at regression stories life really isn't what you think it is, none of us really understand what life is really all about.

All I can say is in this life learn from mistakes that you make, look at then as positive experiences no matter how bad they may seem. You see bad experiences only make you stronger.

They make you who you are today, they can lead you to all sorts of opportunites and new opportunites to help others etc. I also believe who we meet in this life are past life connections and it is all down to the plans that we write before we come into the pysical body.

Now I can back this up with the regression stories I have of one session I did on one of my clients, to cut a long story short, she had never had a past life this was here first life, I asked here why she came into the physical body and this was here reply.

To give others unconditional love and to receive pain of love. How powerful is that and this is what she has done so far. It is weird because now when I look at her I can see she is a newbie to life. It's just the same when you see a young baby and perhaps you have said this many a time, "they have been here before"
