Past Life DreamsOkay well firstly I feel past life dreams are different in the fact that they are a lot more vivid and real. You feel when you wake up that everything you had seen in your dream was true, you were there. In my dream I could see a big aircraft hanger and a lot of soldiers were in the building, wearing old fashioned uniforms. I was there sitting at a bench with two men, one whom I was closer to. A man walked in and gave them some news. I couldn't make out what he said all I know is the man I was sitting close to started crying and so did I. I cuddled him and felt real pain infact we were both crying. The next thing he turned into a black puma cat. I started cuddling this cat and I didn't want to stop. I don't know how long I cuddled the cat but it was good. I also saw a house in great detail and got a street name. When I awakened in the morning I wrote the dream down straight away, funnily enough though I am writing this without looking at what I wrote down as I can still remember it clearly. I think this is the real difference other dreams I have are trivial and I usually dont remember to much but this one was in so much detail. I got a lot more to and I find after I have done a regression session with clients quite a few do have dreams afterwards which just seems to put the pieces of the puzzle together a bit more.

Another thing to be aware of in this life is learning to Forgive-because-you-remember. It is important and past life regression can help you do just that. As I have said before we are so much more than we think we are and the mind is super powerful.
