Depression





This will be the first step to healing yourself, just learn to let go..... Depression is increasing not only in adults but also teenagers. in children it is worrying. Why is it that a majority of the population suffer from or have battled with this horrible illness?

A lot of factors affect the human body. The mind is very powerful indeed, your body is not designed to be ill, quite the opposite, but yet it does and when a person has an internal conflict going on inside them the effects of it are terrible.

This is when it rears its ugly head. The warning signs start to appear, our feelings become intense and negative and these then become physical symptoms and before you know it, our life has become caotic. Amazingly people say to you do not worry, easier said than done I hear you say! Well things are only difficult if you see it this way.

So why is this happening well I feel the first thing I think I should look at when it comes to the causes of depression is society.

We seem to be living in a world where people have become rather selfish. We do not seem to care the same as we used to. Why is that and how did this happen. I remember when I was growing up; I used to know the majority of the people who lived in my street.

In fact I used to go to the older neighbours houses and see if they needed any groceries from the shop. My mum usually asked me to go and see. So I did and it became a wee ritual and the neighbours appreciated it.

They trusted me to get their shopping and to give them the right change etc, which I did. This even gave me some pocket money, I had a sweet tooth so I got more sweeties! Those were also the times when you could leave your front and back door unlocked.

How things have changed. So really the street I grew up in was a lovely community and people cared about their neighbours. I suppose with the way society is now that has changed dramatically.

And I guess with this change comes major issues and consequences. Teenage depression as well as adult depression is a problem.

It's funny how this has happened, how people seem to have become so badly affected by society. I think very few of us "Love Thy Neighbour". Even more people don't love themselves. And this is not good. There is very little trust these days and that is sad.

Possibly that is a major issue and contributor to a majority of social issues. There are other major factors to like no trust, feelings of loneliness, helplessness , low self esteem, loss of a loved one, loss of a job, ill health, terminal illness, marriage or relationship break ups, child abuse, child hood bullying, self critizising oneself, feeling that you don't fit into society and much more. These are major negative feelings and emotions.

Depression will manifest and so to will physical symptoms which is all associated with a negative feeling in the body. Everything seems to get on top of us literally, we feel we are on a roundabout that we cannot get off. I have been in that place myself, I know the pain and hurt it caused me and I also I had a problem "Saying No" What I also know is the physical symptoms that were created by my mind. For example I got major breakouts on my face and back, asthma type symptoms, not wanting to eat, feeling sick, knots in my stomach, nights of crying, feeling like every door was slamming shut on my face.

Now another interesting factor that causes a lot of depression in people is your personality type If you are a Miss or Mr Sensitive then you feel a lot and sense a lot and I can tell you from experience with people, you are more than likely one of those people who finds it hard to say No and you don't feel good about saying it. You say yes to keep the peace. Sometimes you find it is the best option, no hassel.

I know you don't want to offend anyone, but what you are actually doing is hurting yourself, think for a moment about the negative feeling you get when you have put yourself into a situation against your better judgement, I doesn't feel good inside.

And this will manifest into a physical symptom, I know I have been there, it took me years to find the courage to say No and see once I did it, it was like a weight had been lifted from me, I no longer was feeling depression, I no longer was willing to accept this feeling, enough was enough and things had to change.

You see to put it to you like this, You are on a special journey of experiencing life, you are totally responsible for Your feelings and Your actions, no one else.

It is not your job to take on board other people's problems, they must experience their own life. Now honestly when you start to realise this, depression will be a thing of the past and using hypnosis will help you greatly.

Our conscious mind is like a spoiled child always miss behaving itself, constantly analysing, jumping to conclusions, really unaware of the truth, now the subconsious on the other hand is the all knowing, truth.

Everything you need to know is deep inside, you just need to unlock the door to enter it and access that wonderful truth that will give you the tools you need to help your body.

Thankfully there are a lot of kind, decent, trust worthy people out there who can and will help you, never feel that you are alone, because you aren't.

As I said earlier the mind is powerful, if you think of the mind as an organic computer and within that computer we have the pre installed programmes needed to make sure it works.

Now we can go onto the internet, however when we do it is important we protect our self from viruses getting in because when they do, they can mess up the whole system. When this happens, we do need to do a virus scan, find the virus and safely remove it.

Then once this is done we are working great, finding our computer is no longer slow and sluggish and that all communication is great and working as one.

We are the same. So if you like Hypnosis does a good scan of your memories and finds the problem and fixes it safely and installs new positive programmes which make the whole system feel great, confident and positive.

Working better than it has been in its lifetime. Do not suffer in silence with depression any more, like I said whether you are an adult or in your teenage years it can be conquered and you can get your life back once and for all.

What is in the past will be firmly in the past and will bother you no more, and you will inspire others and help them, which in turn will make you feel great. And so the positive virus will spread.

When you feel or start to see the warning signs get yourself help because the longer you leave it the harder your life becomes. Make depression a thing of the past once and for all.

Hypnosis and Depresssion

The best treatment would be Analytical Hypnosis, which means that we need to get to what causes it and get to the root cause of why you have become depressed.

For every action there is a reaction. This does require a few sessions. The sessions enable you to remember those forgotten or surpressed memories.

It is like doing psychotherapy but using hypnosis as a way to remember what you have wanted to forget. This obviously is a much quicker way to resolve any internal conflicts which are going on behind the scene.

It is life changing and once the cause of the depression is found then the healing takes place. just one thing though, be prepared for it, be prepared to let go of what you need to...no holes barred, you want your life back...

Also past life regression can also be extremely beneficial, it is often over looked but a lot of people do bring past life experiences forward into this life.

So when you see the warning signs of depression don't delay you must get help to let go of the depression, it holds you back from achieving what you want to do, what you need to do and what you ought to be able to do. My favourite saying is this:

The Basis Of Life Is Freedom. The purpose Of Life Is Joy.

It is bad enough in adults but teenagers and younger is a big concern and as I said earlier this is becoming a worrying situation for society when your child becomes depressed.

So if you see the warning signs of depression no matter whether it is yourself or someone else then just pick up the phone if you need to talk or find help from another source, the choice is yours but please do something. Another concern is depression in children.

However for depression I do feel Hypnosis is the way forward, it is a safe and natural alternative and very effective, as I said you are never alone and I would like you to remember this phrase:

The way that you do anything is the way you do everything and the way others do anything is the way they do everything. Change the way you look at things because when you do the things you look at change.
