Body n Mind Connection

I wanted to create this section about the body n mind connection because it is so important because as human beings we must get this balance in order to be living a truly free happy life.

Now as I like to put this we are spiritual beings living and having a human experience. It is so important we do this and master the connection between body "n" mind.

You see if there is no balance the whole system of things crashes and the effects can be devastating and threaten your existance in your physical body.

People can suffer from the following:

Depression.

Fears.

Phobias.

Lack Confidence and so much more.

Now the most important thing in beginning the process of body n mind harmony is faith, and belief in yourself. You are such an amazing induvidual, you really are and you need to discover this and when you do it will be a huge change I promise you.

I am talking here from experience, I have been where you are, I have had an amazing journey so far and I am going to share these things with you. Now this is all from my heart to you as I really care and want to touch your life as I feel that is my job in this physical body.

I am not your typical Hypnotist oh I am so much more as you are too, and together we can both enjoy the journey. Enjoy your journey to the life you really want and need and that doesn't necessarily mean money by the way, health is more important, that is your wealth.

I am diversifying a bit here, one of my favourite sayings is when you change the way you look at things the things you look at change.

So when you really implement this into your life as in being more positive, having self belief , you then become an infectious virus that other people around you want to capture and you will be able to help them as I am helping you.

As I have said on my Hypnosis Questions page the subconscious part of the mind is the boss and it controls body n mind and if you don't like what it's doing to you, change the programme. We are organic computers and like an electronic computer in your house you delete viruses etc and add new software when updates are needed so we can do the same to the subconscious.

The other important thing in this whole exercise is watching what you are absorbing in the way of the psychological mind tricks that are being shown to us everyday in life through the media and television and other people. This is also known as Covert hypnosis techniques.

Believe me when I say this is real and it is happening to us all, that is why it is so important to get the body n mind sorted to protect yourself.

We have been so conditioned and programmed from birth, by our parents who were also conditioned by their parents. That is just how it has been for centuries.

In fact just after the first world war a man named Edward Bernays, who's uncle was the great Sigmund Freud the father of psycho analysis.

Changed the world by using major mind control techniques to control the many...for example getting women to smoke cigarettes in public.

This started a major trend, it was seen everywhere, even in the movies...this excelled with people feeling they needed luxury goods, cars etc. It is still being done today in a big way. Now just think what else is being done in the way of mind control on the masses...

So really I cannot stress just how important it is to get the body n mind connection in balance. As a human being we have forgotten how to go with our instincts, the body n mind connection isn't functioning right, I mean think of this for a moment.

A turtle comes out of the sea to lay her eggs, she gets to the beach, lays her eggs, gets back into the water. Now the eggs have been placed in a safe area, although some predators may get them.

Now the next thing that happens is amazing, the eggs hatch, the baby turtles make their way to the sea to get away from danger and will move fast.

So here are some questions for you to think about.

1- How does the baby turtle inside the egg know to break the shell with its beak.

2- How does it know it has to go upwards- or which way is up.

3- How does it know where the sea is.

4- How does it know what the sea is.

3- How does it know to move fast away from danger.

The answer is Instinct.


Just like the turtle we were born with the same instincts in us so why are we not using it. Well because we have been to conditioned and programmed into doing what others want us to do going back to our childhood.

For example being we are taught that we are wrong a lot of the time.

We are taught that we are ineffective a lot of the time.

We can't do this and that.

Too much energy is a bad thing.

Disagreeing with others is a bad thing.

Trying to hold on to money is greedy and selfish.

Spending money easily is foolish.

Sex is not something we talk about.

The above is still programmed in a lot of us, deep inside. There are so many rules and regulations etc. No freedom to be able to be living the life you want and need. As in the true deep desires you have within. The body n mind conflict!

It is amazing that even when we have a good childhood we can still experience issues later in life due to the fact of being taught what is expected of us. The body n mind connection is not working together for a lot of us.

Now think about this honestly how many parents really positively motivate and encourage their kids and are not installing any doubt whatsoever!

I mean my mum used to tell me watch you don't fall, and one of her favouites and this always makes me laugh.

"If you don't behave yourself, I will wipe that smile of your face," I used to wonder how she would wipe the smile of my face!!! anyhow, now you see how the word Don't is in the sentence.

The other thing she also did was to point her finger at me when she was saying it and looking me straight in the eye.

This is the conditioning and programming we have been exposed to as have our parents and their parents before them and so on... We do though still have some of our ancestors instincts in us for example, to destroy that which gets in our way and to survive at all costs.

There are a lot more but these two cost us the most difficulties we have with our lives and this is what I believe this is what the body n mind connection is about. Those subconscious needs against the conditioning and programming that we have been exposed to from child birth.

Learn to Extinguish Stress in Your Life
Like I have said Our Minds have been programmed from birth and have taken on so much, but how much of that is rubbish, I would say quite a bit and because of this, the mind illusions we are being exposed to so much, starts to clouds our judgement on life and what it is we are supposed to be doing and how we should be living our life etc.

I fell for that one but not now, not now that I have balance with the body n mind and really looking at things differently, because the mind and people have a funny way of trying to trick you, into thinking things are fine as they are when infact one day you realise they aren't.


So how can you get the mind n body balance well hypnosis I believe is the answer. The subconscious is so powerful and can be reprogrammed. Given new suggestions and help you to get to know yourself, the inner you, the true you...not John Smith, that is just an experience, not who you are.

If you cannot love and accept yourself 100% how can you love others, this to me is the essence of the body n mind connection. The great Edgar Tolle said in one of his videos, the day he made his big discovery was the day when he said "he could not live with himself".

How powerful is that, how much internal conflict do we go through. We are a lot of the time hating parts of our self. For example, we are to thin, to fat, not clever, not successful, are ugly and the list goes on and on...

We are constantly inviting things and people into our life, in search of happiness, success etc. That is fine but I bet deep down there is still and inner sadness for many as they are fighting the angels and demons inside and not loving and excepting the inner true self. Hypnosis will help you with this.

Another area I want to talk about is being able to handle yourself better in any given situation when you have got the balance right with the mind n body.

So how good would it be to be in total control of the way conversations go and the way people respond to you, some people call this Covert Hypnosis. Now used in a positive way it can be very amazing and again it is something we are born with it is just we have forgotten the techniques.

Also knowing the character types of people also helps to to deal with them in a more positive way.

It is being I guess in a state of not being affected by outside influences, you doing what you want to do, when you want to and how you want to. Leading you closer to the body n mind connection and finding your inner true self...

Perhaps it is time to really change the way you have been looking at things, free yourself of other people's comments and opinions and find your own, after all you know instinctively the answers, it is all within.

I strongly suggest learning self hypnosis as a way forward to getting your mind n body connection stronger.

Getting in touch with your inner self, the inner guidance and using more of your brain's capacity, how good would it be to be able to no longer be a dial up connection, but instead to be a broadband conncetion instead.

Learning self hypnosis, really master it, it only requires you to have

  • Belief in yourself.

  • Patience with yourself.

  • Peservence with yourself.


It really is so powerful and so is your intentions. I feel this is a good step forward to the body n mind balance.

I truly believe a healthy mind is the success to a healthy long life, how you feel really shapes your life. It is amazing as human beings how similar we are in our experiences.
